30-day happiness promise

If your light arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what we described, email hello@santatrainlight.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the broken item.

Changed your mind?

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. Once it arrives we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Cancellations

Orders usually go to our warehouse within a few hours. Email us right away if you need to cancel. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.
